I have not been on my site in months... obviously you know that. Lots of things have come to pass. Ive joined myspace...and have addicted ever since, lol.... my screen name is also SarcovenatoR if anyone's interested.

As of late, I have been rather in a rut. This year has been nothing but one string of unhappy events... I had yet another car accident beginning of January. I had an accident with a snowblower that almost cost me my hand... of course, my left hand that I do my work with... basicaly, three of my fingers had been shattered and peeled... i needed skin grafts to replace what i lost, and i have limited mobility in the index and middle finger...but all in all, that is healing fine for the time being. Yet another incident involved my father who battled cancer for over a year and four months... he lost that battle Feb 20th, and I dont think I have yet gotten all my bearings straight. Most times, I dont grasp the fact that the home is slightly emptier... other times, when i come across photo or an object that was his, the truth hits me as hard as that night in the hospital where i viewed his passing... i try to keep as busy as possible, and have a little time to myself once in a while... it makes me oblivious to all else that demands my focus. But all in all, Im a trooper, and life continues... there are always going to be bumps and potholes on the way to where ever it is im going, and with all this behind me, i'd say im rather prepared for whatever else my be thrown at my feet.

Great gallery. You're really talented in drawing dinosaurs. Drawing them right is a hard thing to do!

I'd be honored if you'd check out my stuff once in a while, you might like it ;D

best regards =)

Sorry to hear that "Real life" has you down. I know how you feel, especially at this time of year. It seems that eveything picks up speed as the end of the calendar nears. :P Sounds like you are in need of a Holliday!

Well, it appears as though you've been quite busy with all these events...and yes, I have been very inactive with this site, but as life demands it, other obligations take priority. I have not had much time to myself with my passions in the realm of creation... inspiration is lying dormant, which renders no artistic life in me whatsoever, therefore, my actions here seem unjustifyable if I cannot contribute. At least, thats what I think.
Although I been to Europe on several occasions, I have not had the chance to experience the totality of what the overall lifestyle is like. I would assume more leisurely, since the biggest complaint here in the states is how we all live in the fast lane- and we wouldn't dare trip ourselves, for fear of falling behind at a moments notice. I think people here die more of exhaustion that anything else :) Well, not to go overboard with the issue, but it appears as though people here are forced to sacrifice their passions for their needs, and subject themselves to doing things that abstract them from pleasure, if only to survive the day-to-day struggles of obtaining the prime necessities of life. By the end of the day, the only thing that interests me is either a good book or film to rid myself temporarily of reality. Sad, isnt it? I'm slowing becoming one of 'them'. LOL. Perhaps if I go back to school, I can still hold onto the last remaining shreds of youth and make time for the things I enjoy instead of doing homework like I used to, haha. But then again, even those pleasures come at a price- to which one has to run through those same hurdles as mentioned before. Ah, the viscious circle. Hmmm, why am I so epic today. Perhaps its a good day to write a book... but I dont have time- I have to go to work :)

Cheers!!

Hi, mylady :)

Thanks for your comments. Thought you were dead or something, since you seemed inactive here for quite a long time... :p

No hard feelings about that though, cause you :+fav: my "Ghost Reveries".

Thought you would have some sympathy for that title... ;) Love the new album! I've seen Opeth twice last month. Both great shows (of course, duh) I've been to a lot of shows lately: Nevermore, Dew Scented, Mercenary, Sonata Arctica, Arch Enemy, Dream Theater, and last weekend Soilwork. And that all within 5 weeks. Tomorrow I'm going to see Lacuna Coil, Epica and After Forever.
Next week I'll be in Sweden (Stockholm), and Sonic Syndicate is performing there, so I'll join that evening with Sweden's latest melodic revelation. (check 'em out on their site)
And, for now I'll quit this probably boring intermezzo...
Although one last -but not least important- thing: How are you? :)

Take care,

No way man!! I just saw the same show about a week ago here at the New Daisy in Memphis. It was so fucking sweet! Fear Factory is one of my all time favorite groups!! I got to mark another one off my 'bands to see before my death list'

All I have left is:
Mike Patton (with whatever project he's doing)
The Deftones
Hatebreed
Aphex Twin

And I know that reply above wasn't to me but I figured i'd just drop you a line anyway.
Have a good holiday in Poland and a wonderful Thanksgiving! I'm not sure how much turkey you'll get to eat, but the wishes remain the same.

Toodles!

I know, it took me a while to reply...

I just saw fear factory yesterday with lamb of god and my fav, Children of Bodom!!! Awesome show!!

As of yet, my life is at a continuous hectic state...juggling many tasks is not my forte, especially with deadlines quickly approaching, but it never hurts to practice :)

I trust my difficult times are nearing an end, and as of Nov 21st, I will be on your side of the ocean..in Poland that is, visiting for two weeks...I hope it is as nice there as it is where you live. Cheers my dear.

I haven't seen you in a long time... where've you been champ? I'm just as busy, methinks. Life sucks sometimes like that. But then we just got to suck it up right back. Shoot me an email...

You have some great work around here. Awesome, really. I´m not very talented for drawing and painting but I love to apreciate the work of who is. I´ll watch you from now on.

Mylady, thanks for the fav! I'm honored. How are things going over there?
Everything's fine here. Autumn is relaxing. Next few weeks will be great, because this weekend Deicide will strike here in town. On nov.11 I'll leave a few days to relax in Stockholm (Swe), and the week after that Fear Factory and Evergrey will visit Flanders to concert. And guess who's gonna be there...? :)
Take care,
